A registered company, with its details published in full

Proof Scan Studio USA prepares artwork for print: high-resolution scanning, file checks, colour proofing and the plate-ready output a press run starts from.

This site sets out the pre-press work we take on, how a job moves from file to proof, and how to reach the people who handle it.

Common questions

01

How do I send a job?

Use the request form or email us with the file, or a short description of the job if the file is not ready. A person replies with what is needed before anything is set up.

02

Can you scan originals that are not digital files?

Yes. Photographs, illustrations and printed originals are scanned at the resolution the final print size needs, then cleaned up and colour-corrected.

03

Do you work with clients outside Antalya?

Files travel by email or transfer link, so most pre-press work does not depend on distance. Ask and we will tell you plainly what can be handled remotely.

04

Will I see a proof before anything is printed?

Yes. A soft proof goes out for layout and text, and a colour proof when colour has to match. Nothing moves on until the proof is signed off.

How we work

File intake

Files received and logged with the job spec: size, stock, colours and the date the work has to be on press.

Scanning

Photographs, artwork and printed originals scanned at the resolution the print size calls for, then cleaned and colour-corrected.

File check

Fonts, bleed, resolution and colour space checked and corrected before a file is imposed.

Proofing

Soft proofs for layout and text, colour proofs when a match matters, and nothing goes further until they are signed off.

Plate-ready output

Imposed, plate-ready files laid out for the press and the sheet the job will actually run on.

Site ownership

This site is published by the company whose legal name and registered address are given on our About page.

What the material is

Where this site uses an illustration, it is a drawn representation of the kind of work we do, not a photographic record of specific items or of stock held. Specification, availability and finish are confirmed when we quote, not here.

Nothing here is an offer

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, a booking, a warranty or a guarantee of result. Work we carry out is governed by what is agreed in writing, and that agreement prevails over anything published here.

No unverifiable claims

We do not publish ratings, review counts, customer numbers or years-in-business figures on this site. Where we describe what we do, we describe it plainly and without superlatives we cannot evidence.

Third-party names

Any brand, product, place or organisation named on this site that is not ours remains the property of its owner. Such names appear only to describe where we are or what we do, and imply no partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.

Availability of the site

We try to keep this site online but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we accept no liability for loss caused by it being unavailable.
